Tell us the date when you enquire. We will say at the site visit whether the scope is realistic in that time, and what could be phased.
Do you take on end-of-tenancy work?
Yes. We carry out refurbishments between tenancies for landlords and managing agents, from repairs and redecoration to full refits.
Can you work on an auction property?
Yes. Auction properties often need a full assessment first. We can visit, advise on what is needed and quote for the work.
